We highly recommend that you download the NZ Post app (if you haven't already), it is super handy. 

It will send you notifications and status updates, so no more missed emails because of your pesky spam filter. You can also track your order, update delivery address or redirect it to a parcel locker. 

Otherwise you can track your order by inserting your tracking number into the NZ Post Tracker
