Do I need to sign for my parcel?Updated a year ago
All orders require a signature at the point of delivery.
You can request a safe drop with NZ Post once your order has shipped however, we are unable to take responsibility for any missing parcels if Safe Drop is selected.
We highly recommend that you download the NZ Post app (if you haven't already), it is super handy.
It will send you notifications and status updates, so no more missed emails because of your pesky spam filter. You can also track your order, update delivery address or redirect it to a parcel locker.
